The planned merger of PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk (Mandala Finance) into PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (Adira Finance) has been approved by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) as well as the shareholders of both Mandala Finance and Adira Finance.

This merger will take effect on October 1, 2025.

Apa yang dimaksud dengan rencana penggabungan antara Mandala Finance dan Adira Finance
Pada tanggal 30 April 2025, telah diumumkan rencana penggabungan dua perusahaan pembiayaan, yaitu PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk (Mandala Finance) dan PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (Adira Finance), untuk membentuk entitas yang lebih kuat dan kompetitif dalam melayani masyarakat di industri multifinance Indonesia.

Dalam tahap awal rencana penggabungan ini, tidak ada perubahan terhadap kegiatan operasional dan kualitas layanan kepada seluruh pelanggan Mandala Finance.
